Current use
The Synapse website does not use profiling or advertising cookies. It does use technical client-side storage such as localStorage for theme preference, language preference and one-session landing behavior, and it may use other strictly necessary technical storage when required to provide the page requested by the user.
The site also embeds an optional Ko-fi "Support me" donation widget loaded from Ko-fi (storage.ko-fi.com). If you open or interact with it, Ko-fi may set its own third-party cookies and process data under Ko-fi's privacy and cookie policies. The widget is optional and is not present in the mobile apps.
Analytics
At the time of this policy, the website loads Vercel Web Analytics. Synapse does not state that these analytics are used for advertising profiling. If additional analytics, heatmaps or marketing trackers are added later, this policy must be updated before activation.
Consent
Under Italian cookie rules, strictly necessary technical cookies do not require prior consent, but they must be disclosed. Profiling, advertising or non-essential analytics cookies would require a proper consent mechanism before activation.
